On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the cloakroom, the spacious living and dining area, the separate kitchen, and the utility room. The light-filled living area features a comfortable sofa corner with a large-screen smart TV including Netflix access, a high-quality Sonoro music system with digital radio and CD player, and comfortable armchairs for relaxation. The centerpiece of the room is the Swedish Mylin tiled stove. The ceiling height in the living area extends to the roof ridge, giving the room an open, spacious feel and a light, airy atmosphere. The garden is accessible from the living area. The dining room is furnished with a large table, the perfect place for family meals or gatherings with friends. Furthermore, the well-equipped kitchen, located in a separate room, offers a very cozy spot for breakfast. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find the sauna, two additional bedrooms, and a shower room.
