The restoration has preserved the original architectural features, bringing back the authentic atmosphere of a noble 17th-century residence, now enhanced with every modern comfort. The property consists of the independent villa with 13 beds and a charming cottage with 8 beds, two swimming pools and a large outdoor green area.
The villa, measuring approximately 500 sqm over two floors, offers bright, functional spaces designed to welcome families and groups of up to 13 guests. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen, the dining room, a cosy twin bedroom with bathroom, a guest bathroom, laundry, pantry, staff room with private bathroom, and a characteristic cellar. The first floor features two elegant lounges and five comfortable bedrooms—each with en-suite bathroom—including three double/twin rooms, one double room and one single room with the possibility of an extra bed. Halfway up the stairs there is a practical office with computer, telephone, fax, safe and Wi-Fi.
Next to the villa is a refined independent cottage on two levels: the main floor includes a twin bedroom with bathroom, a spacious kitchen with dining area and a stunning glass veranda converted into a living room, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The upper floor hosts the new double suite, with large windows and private bathroom, offering a romantic and bright setting with views over the Chianti hills.
The outdoor areas are one of the property’s greatest strengths: fenced swimming pools, manicured garden, solarium, gazebo, panoramic terrace, private tennis court and furnished areas for relaxation and conviviality. Weddings & Events:
Wedding Party Fee: A fee of €2,000 to €4,000 (based on guest count) is required for any wedding event held at the villa. This is payable in cash upon arrival.
Civil Ceremonies: Please note that a separate fee is payable directly to the city hall for any civil wedding ceremony conducted on the premises.

Private Chef: Available upon request.
Breakfast: Approximately €35 per person
Dinner: Approximately €60-€90 per person

Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of €3,000 is required upon arrival. This will be returned before your departure, less any deduction for extra charges or damages.

- Heating: Metered consumption, payable at checkout.

Payment/cancellation: Deposit of 50% at the booking; balance 4 months before arrival.
