This apartment is located on one of the most famous beaches in Florianópolis, Praia dos Ingleses.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, organized, very well equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The 114.90m² property has a suite with a DOUBLE BED and 24“ TV, a bedroom with a DOUBLE BED, a bedroom with two SINGLE BEDS, a living room equipped with a 32” TV, as well as a balcony with a BBQ GRILL. All rooms have SPLIT AC (HOT AND COLD).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
3rd - According to the condominium's internal regulations, the barbecue area in the pool area is not available for use by guests.
