All cameras are outside only and are there to keep the property and neighborhood safe.



This home does not have central AC - it does a window unit and fans but typically relies on a strong ocean breeze to keep things cool.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Patty was very responsive to any questions and she even checked in halfway through our stay to be sure things were going well. This made our Christmas in Long Beach with family extra special.

Gorgeous home with huge "great room" downstairs. Plenty of areas to hang out, and huge kitchen. Very clean. Best of all - our host, Patty was amazing! She was so helpful and nice, we really appreciated her! Thank you again Patty. :)
