Professionally managed, this immaculate holiday home, Lavender House, just half a mile from the beach. Perfect for family and friends, it’s ideally placed for sandy shores, coastal walks, nearby golf courses and exploring Warkworth, Amble and Alnwick.
Inside, the house is bright, warm and sociable, with an open-plan living space opening onto a raised, enclosed patio – ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing after days out. With generous bedrooms, modern bathrooms and private parking, it’s a comfortable base for discovering the Northumberland coast. Please note, this property does not accept children under the age of 12.

Ground Floor:
Utility Room – Washing machine, tumble dryer, and laundry facilities.
Bedroom 2 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror.
Bedroom 3 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror. Ensuite – Bath with shower overhead, toilet and wash basin.
Shower Room – Shower, toilet, and washbasin.
First Floor:
