Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror.
Bedroom 3 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror. Ensuite – Bath with shower overhead, toilet and wash basin.
Shower Room – Shower, toilet, and washbasin.
First Floor:
Open-Plan Living Area –
Lounge – Comfortable seating, coffee table, Scandi-style wood burner, and Smart TV.
Kitchen/Dining Area – Electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and dining table. French doors open onto the raised patio.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 1 (Master Suite) – Queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe, drawers, chair, blanket box, TV, and en-suite shower room.
En-Suite – Walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Outside:
Raised Patio – Fully enclosed, outdoor seating, BBQ, and dining area.
Parking – Private parking for two cars on driveway (No motorhomes or boats).
EV Charging – Pay-as-you-go EV charger available.
Dogs – Two well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge per dog per stay. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, in bedrooms or to be left unattended in house even if crated.

On the ground floor, two flexible twin bedrooms (can be converted to super king beds upon request) provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, ideal for families or friends, and are supported by both a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The second floor is dedicated to the spacious master suite, complete with skylights, a TV, and a private en-suite — a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.
Outside, the enclosed raised patio is a true highlight. A sun-soaked and sheltered space, it’s perfect for al fresco dining, relaxed evenings with the BBQ, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air after a day at the beach. With private parking and modern amenities throughout, Lavender House is an excellent choice for a relaxing coastal escape. No smoking, no candles or other naked flames in property.
