Overall it was a good stay. However, check in was incredibly confusing. I asked to check in at 12pm since our flight arrived so early in the morning. I was told we could arrive at 2pm which we did. When we arrived, the cleaning crew were still there and they were incredibly rude. The man who met us at the house to let us in apologized and he argued for a bit with the cleaning crew and asked us to wait outside. We left and returned later in the day. Then, none of the tv’s in the bedrooms or in the backyard worked. The only functional tv was in the living room. We notified the property manager who met us to let us into the property and he came out to review and was he not able to figure out what the issue was with all the tvs. One of the things that made us uncomfortable was the man sat on our bed while he was working on the TV. He later asked if he could return and we declined.
