PURPOSE OF THE RULES • These rules aim to ensure the smooth running of your stay and to preserve the tranquility of the premises. They apply to all occupants of the seasonal rental. 2. OCCUPANCY • The accommodations are designed for a maximum of 4 people. Under no circumstances may the number of people exceed this capacity. In case of exceeding this limit, the owner reserves the right to refuse access or to terminate the stay without refund. 3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE • Arrival: from 3 PM • Departure: before 10 AM • Any delay or early departure will not result in a refund. 4. PARKING • A private parking space is available for tenants, located near the cottage. • Parking is limited to one vehicle only. • Please do not park on access roads or in areas not designated for parking. • Visitors must park in the designated public areas (visitor spaces).5. USE OF PREMISES • The tenant must respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. • Parties and gatherings are prohibited. • No furniture may be moved without the owner's permission. • The interior is non-smoking. Smokers are asked to smoke outside and not to throw their cigarette butts on the ground (to avoid the risk of fire). • Campfires, barbecues, or open fires are prohibited. • Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • The use of outdoor speakers or loud music is prohibited. • Swimming pools are open according to the posted schedule and the residence's internal regulations. 6. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING • The tenant agrees to leave the accommodation clean and tidy upon departure. • A final cleaning fee is included in your reservation. • Dishes must be washed, trash emptied, and appliances cleaned. Cleaning is your responsibility. A flat fee of €200 will be charged if not cleaned. A security deposit of €200 is required by credit card (not cashed). 7. PETS • Pets are not allowed. 8. SAFETY AND LIABILITY • The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by them during their stay. • It is recommended to take out holiday insurance. • The owner accepts no responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings.

• In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court will be that of the location of the property.
