Welcome to Una Vita (#35), a charming adventure-themed tiny home at Zion’s Tiny Getaway - designed to inspire connection, exploration, and the joy of living “one life” to the fullest. Surrounded by Southern Utah’s stunning red-rock landscapes, this bright and inviting retreat blends comfort with wanderlust-inspired details, creating the perfect base for families, groups, and explorers.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, AC, and skylights that fill the home with natural light. Una Vita sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed, offering flexibility for groups of all kinds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, sink, coffee maker, and all cookware and dishes needed for effortless meals after a day outdoors. A modern bathroom with a shower and essentials completes the space.

Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.
Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures.
