The entrance leads into a small hallway that connects to all the rooms.
The living room, located a few steps down and featuring high ceilings, is spacious and bright thanks to its two large picture windows and other windows, offering a welcoming space to relax or spend time with family, a sitting area with a non-convertible sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace (not functional).
The fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave) has direct access to the garage, which includes a washing machine and and a freezer.
The house has three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 140 cm double bed, with built-in closets, sliding window
Bedroom 2: 140 cm double bed, with built-in closets, sliding window
Bedroom 3, set further back as an extension of the living room: 160 cm bed, with built-in closets, French doors, and a sliding window, shower area and sink.
A loft upstairs, accessible by a staircase, offers an ideal space for a reading nook or a play area for children.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink, a storage closet, and a double window. Separate toilet.
The west-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and long summer evenings.
The residential neighborhood is quiet, perfect for family vacations.
Beaches, bike paths, and shops are easily accessible on foot or by bike, so you can fully enjoy the ocean and local activities.
Pets not allowed. Linens not provided.
Not suitable for people with limited mobility.
During the off-season, electricity and heating are subject to an additional charge to be paid upon departure.
It is strictly prohibited to charge any electric vehicle inside the rental or on the property.
