With two comfortable living areas, everyone can spread out—kids can enjoy movies in the den with a TV and streaming services while others unwind in the main living space. The additional bonus room features a twin-over-full bunk bed—a favorite for kids and teens.
The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and drip coffee maker, making meals easy and stress-free. The dining area features sliding doors that open to the backyard, perfect for indoor-outdoor family meals.
Each bedroom and living space is equipped with mini-split heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Please note that the bonus room does not have air conditioning. The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, with a tub/shower combo for little ones, a walk-in shower, and an enclosed outdoor shower—great after beach days.
