About this apartment rental
Private warm welcoming guesthouse apartment centrally-located with everything you need for your visit to RI-MA. Your family and friends can enjoy the spacious yard or relax in the cozy private guesthouse apartment. Get ready for the exciting day ahead and quickly hop on the highway to enjoy everything Providence has to offer or maybe head over to Boston. When your day is nearing its end, come back to the safe and relaxing place that feels like your home away from home.
The space
My place features two bedrooms, one bathroom, eating kitchen, living room and a private two car garage that connects directly to the apartment. The property features a large fenced yard to enjoy the outdoors or simply let the kids run wild safely.
My apartment will be equipped with the following to make your stay more enjoyable:
- 2 toilet rolls
- 1 paper towel roll
- salt and pepper
- Keurig coffee brewer with at least 4 k-cup pods per booking. K-cup reusable coffee filter, so feel free to bring your favorite ground coffee.

- dish soap and
- iron and ironing board
- extra pillow
- pots, pans and eating utensils
- microwave and toaster
- baby pack n play portable crib (upon request)
- AC window unit during the summer months

All guests have access to:
- all the rooms in the apartment
- backyard/common areas
- 2 car garage directly below the apartment
Guests do not have access to:
- The main building located directly in front of the guesthouse apartment.
- single vehicle garage.
- storage area below the apartment and next to the designated parking garage.
- mechanical room located inside the apartment.
Other things to note
The property features two structures. The guest house is located behind he main building. The ground level features 3 garages and a storage space. The second floor is the 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. The entrance to the guesthouse apartment is through the covered garage giving guests complete privacy.
The main building is fully occupied by tenants. The tenants are very friendly and respectful, the same is expected of any guest staying at my place. The property is always kept clean (indoor and outdoor), everyone who lives/visits/uses the property is expected to maintain the property clean at all times.
