The Pauly Vacation Home welcomes you to an idyllic and family-friendly location in the popular coastal town of Butjadingen-Tossens—just a few minutes’ walk from the dike and the North Sea.
As soon as you arrive, the house impresses with its clinker brick construction—typical of the North Sea region—and its well-maintained exterior. Nestled on a quiet residential street, it offers you the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation.
The small, lovingly landscaped garden with a patio invites you to linger—whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or a family barbecue in the evening. Free public parking is available nearby. There’s plenty of space for children to play outdoors or at the nearby playground.

Your temporary home—a place to unwind ️ Living Area The light-filled living room welcomes you with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a warm atmosphere. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the greenery—here you can relax, read, or wind down the evening together.
️ Dining Area & Kitchen The open dining area is harmoniously integrated into the living room and offers plenty of space for shared meals. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped:

• Ceramic cooktop & oven

• Refrigerator with freezer compartment

• Coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle

• Dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils

Here you can cook whatever you like—from a light breakfast to dinner for the whole family.
️ Bedrooms The vacation home has two separate bedrooms:

• A master bedroom with a cozy double bed and a closet

• A children’s or teen’s room with a bunk bed and a single bed—especially popular with younger guests

Both rooms are lovingly furnished and ensure restful nights after a day spent enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
Bathroom The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Shelves and hooks provide ample space for your personal belongings.
Note: Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
Outdoor Area – Relaxation in Nature In the well-maintained garden with a furnished patio, you can enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Whether it’s breakfast in the fresh air or a family barbecue—you’ll find your favorite spot here.
A grill is, of course, available for your use.
Free parking is available right on the street in front of the house. You can safely park your bicycles next to the house.
