After a day of adventure, unwind in thoughtfully designed bedrooms featuring a luxurious king bed, a comfortable queen bed, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds that kids will love. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or a group, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest and recharge.

Step outside to your private screened patio, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Just a short walk away, guests can enjoy the community pool, perfect for cooling off after a fun-filled day in the Florida sunshine. Families will also appreciate the nearby playground where children can burn off extra energy.
Located in the gated Williams Preserve community, this home offers a peaceful residential setting while keeping you close to everything Central Florida has to offer. Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando Resort™, SeaWorld®, championship golf courses, shopping outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are all within easy reach.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
o 1 hand soap per bathroom
o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
o 1 sponge
o 1 dishwasher soap
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen
o 1 laundry detergent
o 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

House rules and guidelines for your comfort:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
