About this house rental

Fully equipped 3+1 bedroom home with heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Pool, hot tub, and property maintenance done weekly. Bikes, pool toys, fishing poles (can fish in the community), tennis & pickleball racquets.......everything you might need to truly enjoy your time here! Large lanai and fully fenced yard.
Kitchen very well equipped, all staples (flour,sugar, spices etc) are stocked.
This is not an investment property......it is our vacation property and thus appointed as such.
Open to a longer term stay.

4 televisions......3 of them "SMART". Additional tv available for "gaming" etc.
