The City of Somers Point has restricted Airbnb owners to a 7 night minimum. The pricing per night has reflected this change. Please reach out to us before booking for more info.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Steps to the Somers Point beach and nightlife. One block from the police station and hospital. Minutes from the Ocean City beaches.
The space
Guests must be 25+ to rent
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
NO PARTIES PLEASE
PLEASE NOTE: we stock the house AS A COURTESY and not a requirement for your stay. Enjoy the supplies provided, but please buy any supplies you need for your stay that you don't find there or run out of, including paper products, soaps, and cleaning products.
The sleeping space is ideal for one family with 2-3 kids, or two couples wanting to get away. We do not recommend this for more than 5 adults. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable!
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and gated/enclosed backyard during their stay.
Other things to note
Please do not book this house if you plan to have a get together or a party (prom, graduation, bachelorette/bachelor party etc.). We understand that it is wonderful to celebrate by the beach but we have since stopped accepting these requests due to damage it causes to the property. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND BEING HONEST WHEN YOU TRY TO BOOK. Only the registered guests (6 MAXIMUM) are allowed to stay overnight.
Please note this is a residential neighborhood, we request guests to respect the neighbors and lower the noise by 10pm.
