About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental is located in the Alpina complex, which consists of several apartment buildings. The building at Malerwinkel 5 is at the end of the large parking lot. You’ll be staying on the top floor with a view of the mountain panorama and the church in Pfronten Berg. The church bells reliably tell you the time with their chimes.
Pfronten is worth a visit any time of year. You can enjoy beautiful hikes through the Vilstal Valley to the Vilstal Mill, to the castle ruins near Eisenberg, along Lake Hopfensee, and—if you prefer a more challenging hike—up the Breitenberg, to the Kappler Alm, or to the Gundhütte and on to the Edelsberg.
Other great destinations for day trips include the town of Füssen, the Lech Valley, the Tannheim Valley, and Haldensee...
Your vacation rental is centrally located, just about 400 m from the town center with its many shops and restaurants. There you’ll also find a large Feneberg supermarket right behind the Volksbank branch. We highly recommend the breakfast selection at Sinz Bakery on Meilinger Straße, heading toward Füssen. To help you make the most of these destinations, we provide you with the Königscard.
The Alpina residential park also features a restaurant of the same name, which offers excellent seasonal dishes as well as pizza and pasta. It is closed on Thursdays.

Our vacation rental is located not far from the church in the Pfronten-Berg neighborhood of the Alpina Residential Park. It consists of three rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom and features a large south-facing balcony with a view of the Pfronten mountains.
The apartment features a modern built-in kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room seats up to four people at the cozy dining table, and after a long hike or an eventful winter day, you’ll surely enjoy relaxing on the comfortable corner sofa or pampering yourself in the massage chair.
When the weather is right, the large south-facing balcony is the perfect spot to relax.
Restful sleep is essential for relaxation, and our natural wood bedroom with a double bed is available for that purpose.
The sofa set in the second bedroom, when converted into a bed, also promises restful hours.

On-site costs: A deposit of 80% is charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer 7 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Visitor’s tax: From December 16 through October 31, the visitor’s tax is €2.40 per person per night; for children aged 7 through 15, it is €1.50 per person per night.From November 1 through December 15, adults pay €1.20 and youths pay €0.75 per person per night. The tourist tax amount will be transferred along with the balance 7 days before arrival. Other applicable fees: A linens package (bed linens, shower towel, hand towel) can be rented for a fee. The cost is €12 per person. Linens can be exchanged after 7 days. The fee is again €12.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
