Le Clos des Sœurs is a large family home full of charm, in the heart of Seurre, a stone's throw from the port and shops.
Enjoy a large enclosed garden, a bright veranda and a sunny terrace for convivial moments with family or friends.
The house accommodates up to 8 travelers with 4 comfortable bedrooms including a master suite on the first floor.
Large living room, equipped kitchen, games and reading area, plancha, indoor parking.

First floor:
Master suite: 160 x 190 cm bed, private bathroom and en-suite toilet.
Upstairs:
Large bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed.
Family room with 2 beds of 110 x 200 cm.
Cocooning room with peaceful charm, with 140 x 190 cm bed.

On the first floor, a welcoming entrance with guest toilet opens onto the large living room, heart of the house:

The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a bright veranda, ideal for your spring breakfasts or rainy mornings.

The terrace hosts your summer meals around a plancha, under the trees or in the evening light.
The enclosure allows you to park up to 4 cars in complete safety. There is no electric vehicle charging in the enclosure.
