The highlight of the property is a large private outdoor courtyard featuring a dining area perfect for family lunches and dinners under a wooden veranda, a fireplace ideal for barbecues, and a spacious inner courtyard with sun loungers for the warmest days. There is also a convenient outdoor shower to refresh yourself after returning from the beach and a second dining/work area under the veranda leading to the main entrance. The entire outdoor area is fenced for your family's safety.

Upon entering the villa, you will find a spacious living room with a dining table perfect for the whole family and a Full HD TV. The room is equipped with air conditioning for the hottest summer days and fast Wi-Fi accessible from all rooms.

The villa has 4 large double bedrooms, two of which are equipped with air conditioning, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, perfect for hosting a large family or groups, adaptable according to communicated needs.
