Guest access
The guest will have access to the entire property that features 2 levels. The upstairs suite is accessed only through the outside stairs and can sleep up to three people

On the main level resides an open concept living area with a couch that can be laid down and used as additional sleeping. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, stovetop, microwave, ample cabinet space, and a large quartz dining Island that is also great for socializing with family and friends. In addition, on the main level, there are two bedrooms - each bedroom can sleep up to three people with one bathroom and shower. The first bedroom on your right includes a king bed and a single bed and the second bedroom includes two single beds with one pull out bed. The upstairs suite is accessed only through the outside stairs and can sleep up to three people - including a king size bed and one single bed, appointed with its own kitchenette and bathroom with a shower tub.

The property sits on a spacious parcel of land with plenty of green space for yard games and is located along a breathtaking lakefront that resides in an inlet with a low amount of boat traffic. The property features a two-level private dock, perfect for fishing, swimming, or just soaking in the sun. Dock will accommodate a boat, please communicate in advance. The outside deck attached to the house can easily accommodate outdoor dining, lounging, and grilling. It's an ideal space for entertaining, enjoying the cool breeze from the lake, and savoring the peaceful atmosphere.
