UNIT 3B2: Dusty blues lend a definite seaside feel to this delectable one-bedroom unit. Dining nooks and bar stools provide a number of different dining options, although the high-top dinette on the large lanai undoubtedly offers the best seats - and views - in the house! Master bedroom is decorated in cheerful coastal theme. Flat screen TVs featured in rooms. Gorgeous new shower with guardrails. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum, excluding holidays.
Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Second-floor location provides an amazing panoramic view of our white-sand beach!
Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Lovely condo: immaculate and comfy, ocean view, lux bedding. The door’s key entry pad was great~one less thing to keep track of. Kitchen appliances seemed new and worked well. (We could have used additional cooking utensils and pans, as well as kitchen towels.) Near to pool and beach. Staff was always pleasant and helpful, singling out Candice at the front desk for her exceptional customer service.

Just an absolutely amazing 5 days in paradise. This unit is perfectly set up with all the comforts of home in the perfect setting! Just a short stroll to the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico, yet peace and quiet among a lush, well maintained tropical setting. What more can we say exvept, “we’ll be back!”.

Rental was easy, clean, accommodating!
Lady at the desk (sorry I forget her name) went above and beyond to help us with a special request we had!
The only reason I give it 4 stars was bc there was no hot water at any sinks, only the shower. We didn’t complain, just dealt with it the few nights we were there.
