We’re Acworth/Woodstock locals who love this area and genuinely enjoy hosting. This space helps support our small family and allows us to be a part of others’ special memories — whether you’re here for a tournament, a reunion, or just a weekend away.
All we ask is that you treat our home with the same care and respect you’d show if you were staying at a close friend or family member’s place.
With that in mind, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.
No large parties or loud gatherings that will disrupt the neighborhood or immediate neighbors. Certain gatherings may be approved; please message us to inquire.
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property, unless otherwise discussed and approved by hosts.
Please do not rearrange furniture.
Supervise children when using the playground and outdoor areas.
Please let us know if anything breaks, is stained, or isn’t working — we appreciate honesty and open communication.

Absolutely incredible place to stay! Our stay at this house was amazing, and is the best experience we have ever had. Chelsea was responsive to all inquiries, and her communication and touch bases with us during our stay were great to ensure all was going well.The pictures on the site are exactly what you will find when entering the home, and the minute that we stepped inside I knew we had made the right decision on staying at this place as we felt right at home. We were in GA for a basketball tournament at LakePoint Sports, and it was a short drive to the facility, and the home was tucked in a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated so we heard no road noise. All neighbors were super friendly. When coming back from games, there were restaurants and a grocery store nearby, so we could pick up anything needed. They honestly thought about all the little things, which included tons of extra blankets and towels, and we were welcomed into the home with goodie bags that had snacks and cookies. The game room in the basement was a huge hit for our son and his friends as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay, and if we are ever in the area again we will be staying here and will recommend to others. Thanks again Chelsea for an amazing stay!
