Discover this charming farmhouse between Tannheim and Grän, Tyrol—a perfect vacation destination for
families or groups.
The entire house is yours to enjoy all to yourselves.
Nestled in the picturesque countryside, right on the edge of the forest, this detached house with a unique view of the mountains offers the ideal starting point for nature lovers and active vacationers. Enjoy the seclusion of this unique location, which combines plenty of space for shared moments with private retreats.
Haus Schönblick:
The interior of the house has been lovingly furnished to ensure a pleasant, stress-free stay. It features a total of 9 bedrooms, some of which are spacious (all with sinks), and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, each with 3 showers (for women and men).
The well-equipped kitchen, featuring 2 ceramic cooktops, 2 ovens, 3 refrigerators, a capsule/coffee machine, a hot-air fryer, and a dishwasher, makes self-catering a breeze. A washing machine is also available, which is especially convenient for long stays.
During the colder months, an infrared sauna (1st floor) and a pellet stove (in the living room) ensure your comfort.
The outdoor area of this vacation home invites you to linger and relax. The terraces and garden offer plenty of space for outdoor activities, barbecue evenings, or simply to enjoy the surroundings by the campfire and the fresh mountain air.
Dogs up to a maximum shoulder height of 50 cm are welcome, so you can spend your vacation together with your four-legged friends.
Another highlight is the home’s water supply, which is entirely fed by the purest mountain spring water from our own source at 1,700 meters.
The location between Tannheim and Grän, Tyrol, is ideal for those who love nature and are looking for active recreation. With two lakes (Haldensee just 2,500 meters away / Vilsalpsee 7,000 meters away), a ski run, and a mountain/aerial cableway (operating in summer and winter) about 1,000 meters away, there is a wide variety of recreational activities available. Shopping options and the center of Tannheim are within walking distance and offer everything you need for your stay.
There is also a wide cross-country ski trail directly across from the house (across the B 199).
Direct access from the B199 ensures easy arrival, and six parking spaces are available right at the house.
