This is a perfect getaway! Just bring a suitcase and enjoy! Only an hour from Toronto and minutes to Barrie with a resort feel.
This condo has a great location with a short walk to grocery store, restaurants, marina etc.

→ Highspeed WIFI!
→ Beach access
→ Parking for 1 vehicle
→ In-unit washer + dryer
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ SmartTV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube.
→ Bedroom features a queen size bed.
→ Living room feature a full sofa bed that sleeps 1 additional guest.
→ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and plenty of towels.
→ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.
→ A washer and dryer are also en suite for guests to use.
The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

There are currently 3 terrific restaurants on the resort; Fishbone, Avenue and The Beach Club. I would encourage you to try all 3 although we would recommend the Fishbone or Avenue for their food and
The Beach Club for their ambiance.
This winter there is also the Luma light trail that you can enjoy as well as some skating at the Harbour.

Please clean glass stovetop after each use.
If a spill occurs while cooking. Turn stovetop off right away and clean up the mess. If the stovetop is not clean soon after a spill then permanent damage can occur. Always use extreme caution when cleaning a hot stovetop.

It’s a cute, cozy one bedroom. It was clean and nicely decorated. It rained a lot during our stay so we didn’t get to use the patio which would have been nice. For myself and my husband there were a few minor things that I noticed that I would change. Like I say very minor, the front closet had too many floor cleaning tools and no where to put our shoes. The bathtub was very slippery when showering I slipped and almost fell, a bathtub rubber mat should be provided. The bedroom had no small dresser or something to use for some clothing and personal items, it was a little awkward taking our suitcase in and out of closet when changing, since we only stayed 2 nights it was ok but I wouldn’t stay longer. (There was no kitchen sink stopper to do dishes but we still managed). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit but for myself I wouldn’t stay again.
