This cozy, but open, spacious and inviting, updated chalet is in a great location close to all the majestic things South Lake Tahoe has to offer. You are minutes away from numerous shops, restaurants, and to the Heavenly Village, Gondola and California Base Lodge.
Plus, outdoor adventure is never far. Enjoy easy access to Pope Beach and Camp Richardson just a little over 2 miles away via a scenic bike path. You may find electric and regular bicycle rentals nearby, throughout City of South Lake Tahoe. Whether you're looking for a weekend escape or a year-round sanctuary, this nostalgic yet modern cabin offers it all.

This is the ideal home for a cozy group of 4, however up to 2 kids 13 yrs old and younger do not count towards the maximum occupancy.

Fire pit will be illegal to use on red flag/high fire danger days.

Note: After you book this home, you will be required to sign a brief Good Neighbor Contract. This is a requirement of City of South Lake Tahoe (this is based on the City's legal requirements to rent a VHR). The contract will state that you agree to follow all Vacation Home Rental Ordinances. Several of the most important laws will be outlined. Failure to sign this contract in a timely manner will cause your booking to be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on our advertised cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.
Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.
Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start wash with a load or two of towels.
