This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it as much as last time! The unit has a beautiful view and everything one needs to have a very pleasant stay in Maui! Can't wait to go back!

Stayed at the Makena Resort for one week in March 2025. Location was amazing with beautiful sunset views from the Lanai each night. Short walk to a beautiful beach that felt private. From the water it was a very quick swim to a popular snorkelling spot.The amenities on the property were plentiful which included tennis/picketball, basketball and a swimming pool and hot tub. Needless to say, very popular with a family with children.The condo itself was spacious and well stocked. The only feedback to go from great to even better would be a beach umbrella (there were beach chairs and other a number of other useful things) and a BBQ that was a bit more effective. Our call for the BBQ servicing was handled quickly and efficiently but compared to another unit where our friends were staying, the BBQ would be described as average.Definitely would come back!

We stayed at the Makena Surf for 1 week with our 2 children and absolutely loved the condo. It was so spacious and clean and beautifully renovated we didn't want to leave. From the maple cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen and both washrooms to the high end stainless steel applliances and much appreciated washer/dryer to the comfortable beds and the free WIFI (our kids loved that) everything exceeded our expectations.
The kids enjoyed both pools on site, and we spent several hours on the beach everyday enjoying the beach chairs and umbrellas left by previous guests. (we left our kids' boogie boards behind for others to enjoy)
The views of the ocean from the front lanai where amazing and watching the whales any time of the day was so enjoyable.
The description and pictures on this website do not reflect the relaxed and luxurious feel you have when you walk into this condo. It is an amazing condo and would not hesitate recommending it to others.
We loved our stay and WILL be back again very soon,
