This area is visible from the covered porch and the summer kitchen of the house, which has a built-in barbecue. Adjacent to the pool, a green area with tall palm trees and Mediterranean plants offers shady spots to relax. A private floodlit tennis court (rackets provided) allows you to enjoy games well into the evening. Other outdoor amenities include a children's playground, a vegetable garden and a few friendly chickens and ducks.



Inside, the property has well-appointed and spacious rooms. The covered veranda leads directly into the living/dining area, while the bright kitchen leads directly onto the pool terrace. The three double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, are conveniently darkened with wooden shutters. A separate bathroom is available for communal use. This lovingly maintained finca is perfect for a relaxing family holiday.



The stunning natural stone villa "Es Campets" is located near Sencelles in the heart of Mallorca. The finca is approx. 30 km from Palma airport, although air traffic can increase in high season. If you want to go shopping, you can drive to Sencelles or the island metropolis of Palma, which you can reach quickly from here. The beaches in the east and south of Mallorca can be reached in just 20-25 minutes by car.
