    Wifi X use, phone signal weak, no Tv, no freezer, no water heater, cannot use electrical appliances, even you bring your own (kettle, iron etc), restricted and will be fine THB60k. Outside, mosquito a lots. Far away from beach and not nice area (beach). More than 5km away from the nearest small shop. Have to wait more than 1 hour for a staff during checkout.. wasting time.. Very difficult if you bring small family (need a hot water for their milk and food). But honestly.. building and interior is new and nice.
