Located within walking distance of UCO and downtown Edmond and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. This truly is one of the best locations around. You’ll love this historic 1930s house featuring hardwood floors, crown molding throughout, and an abundance of windows that fill the home with natural light. New windows help reduce outside noise and allow for better temperature control. The bathroom is cozy but functional, and mirrors are provided in each bedroom to make getting ready easy.
The kitchen is well supplied and ready for cooking your favorite meals, with a few coffee pods provided. A desk is available for work or school needs. Robes are provided for added comfort.
