The chalet is located on the way to the upper part of Itatiaia National Park, perfect for those visiting it. With fiber optic internet, three bedrooms, a spacious living room, an equipped kitchen, a tropical garden, a swimming pool, and a waterfall a 10-minute walk away, it's ideal for a farm-office, relaxing, cooking, and enjoying nature. LOCATION: Access to the property is very convenient! On the way to the upper part of Itatiaia National Park, the property is located on the edge of the Rio-Caxambu highway – 10 minutes from the Dutra highway. The road is fully paved and is 10 minutes away from services such as restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.

THE FARM

The Sapucaia Farm is an agroecological experience. In 50 years, we have transformed 6 hectares of pasture into a forest that shelters an increasingly diverse fauna and flora. It has become a small ecological corridor of the Itaitiaia National Park. During the day it is ideal for bird lovers. At night, you might find an armadillo passing through the garden. For hot days we have the swimming pool, or walk 10 minutes for a river bath. At night, moonlight around the campfire.


THE HOUSE

With large windows and glass doors, the house offers a continuous connection with nature. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. The bathrooms have gas-powered hot water. Fiber optic internet is perfect for those who need to work remotely. Enjoy the portable barbecue in the garden as well. THE BEDROOMS The master suite has a queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms are versatile, each with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, adapting to your needs. THE LIVING ROOM The living room is equipped with a TV and streaming channels for your entertainment.
