About this house rental
Scandinavian-style, crisp coolness. The end result is wonderfully harmonious and makes you want to take a vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Light colors and shades of gray lend a certain air of lightness the moment you step into our 5-room vacation home “Fine.” An optimal and spacious layout across approximately 150 square meters of living space creates a cozy atmosphere and offers excellent amenities for up to 8 guests.
Layout [&] Ground Floor Amenities
The focal points on the first floor are the large family dining table with matching chairs and the spacious corner sofa in the open-concept living room. Here, everyone can eat together, chat, or relax. The open kitchen also invites guests to socialize [&] and cook together. For the coffee lovers among our guests, we’ve provided a Nespresso capsule machine.
The utility room is equipped with a washer, a dryer, and a freezer.
A bedroom with a double bed (180x200m) and a TV with a Blu-ray player is located on the first floor, as is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink.
The separate guest restroom is right next door.
The hallway offers plenty of space [&] and storage options for your coats.
The spacious, furnished corner terrace is bordered by a well-maintained lot surrounded by plenty of greenery.
Layout [&] Features on the 1st floor
A bright wooden staircase leads to the equally spacious 1st floor. Here you’ll find the three additional bedrooms:
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and a desk with a LAN connection, and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
The second bedroom is furnished with two box-spring beds (90/200), which can easily be pushed together.
The third bedroom is furnished with two beds (90/200) and also offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Each bedroom has a TV [&] Blu-ray player. The beds will already be made for you, dear guests, upon your arrival!
You’ll also find the large full bathroom on this floor, again featuring a walk-in shower, double sinks, and an integrated infrared sauna.
A small storage room provides space to stow your suitcases or similar items. All of this combines to create the ideal conditions for your perfect family vacation!
Special Features
Our house offers some great extras:
A PlayStation 4 with games and books to browse through, as well as board games for the evenings. The fireplace adds extra warmth and creates a vacation atmosphere even on colder days.
For outdoor fun, we’ve provided a gas grill, two bicycles, and a handcart for our dear guests. In addition, the children’s swing and a sandbox—complete with sand toys—ensure plenty of fun in the garden. For our youngest guests, we’ve also provided a travel crib with a matching mattress [&] liner, a stool, and a high chair. Of course, the stairs on the upper floor are equipped with a stair gate. The washing machine and dryer are also available for use at any time.
Our vacation home “Fine” is located in a modern residential area.

Parking: 2 parking spaces on the property next to the house
Barbecue: permitted (gas grill is provided; must be cleaned by the guest after use)

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed on the property. Bicycles [&] and other items can be safely stored here.
Feel free to explore the vacation area using the two bicycles provided there free of charge.
Information about the bicycles [&] Handcart
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover the costs for any repairs or costs associated with renting replacement equipment if the items are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The bicycles and handcart are offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. In addition, this rental shop offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by up to four guests and includes linens and utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including bed linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, as well as final cleaning after departure and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and drop-off take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Pickup or drop-off at the booked property is not possible.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
