This well-equipped and renovated 1-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 30 sqm) offers a partial ocean view as well as a west-facing balcony that, bathed in the afternoon sun and furnished with comfortable furniture and cushions, invites you to relax. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is ideal for two people.
In the bright living and sleeping area, you’ll find a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), two comfortable armchairs with footstools, and a separate dining area. The modern, wood-look designer flooring rounds out the stylish ambience. A flat-screen TV and a radio/CD player provide entertainment.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: In addition to a Nespresso capsule machine, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop, you’ll also find a microwave/oven combination and a designer range hood. The basic amenities also include a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The shower room/restroom is equipped with a hair dryer. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house for shared use. Pets are not allowed.
