About this house rental
A light and airy Nordic style across a spacious 180 m² awaits you, dear guests, at our popular 5-room vacation home “Reethüs am Schlossgut” in Groß Schwansee.
This popular thatched cottage, furnished with great attention to detail, offers plenty of space and modern amenities for 7 adults + 1 child + a toddler.
Layout [&] Ground Floor Amenities
When you open the door, you’ll be greeted by the entryway, which features a coat rack and several storage options. From the hallway, you enter the living area directly.
The numerous large windows let in plenty of light and create a wonderful sense of space. The view of the greenery puts you in the vacation spirit. Timeless classics with a modern twist await you throughout the house.
Whether it’s the modern kitchenette with plenty of appliances (including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, etc.) or the spacious dining table with matching chairs, you’ll feel right at home. A washing machine is also integrated into the cabinet in the kitchenette for free use.
A bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed and a matching wardrobe also awaits you, as does the bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and shower.
Two beautifully furnished terraces with a great view of the greenery offer you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet at any time.
From here, a small path leads directly to the sauna cabin with a sauna.

And because comfort is a must, cozy throws, box-spring beds, storage space, and an en suite bathroom are essential.
Two additional bedrooms with box-spring beds measuring 180x200 cm and 180x220 cm ensure a comfortable night’s sleep and a restful experience.
The larger bathroom on this floor features a sink, a toilet, and a freestanding bathtub. The other bathroom includes a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The loft features a large 120x200 cm daybed with a TV. Here, you can relax, read a good book, or create an additional sleeping area.

In this non-smoking vacation home, you’ll find plenty of great extras for the whole family: including three high-quality TVs for multimedia entertainment, a cross-trainer to keep you active, a desk in the master bedroom, a sauna in a separate sauna cabin right on the property, two patios with patio furniture, two sun loungers, a travel crib with a matching mattress for the youngest guests, and many, many more great extras... The beautiful property is partially bordered by a hedge and a stone wall but is not fenced in.
Wi-Fi: Yes, free of charge
Parking: The property has space for up to 3 free, reserved outdoor parking spots next to the house
Barbecue: Allowed. A grill is provided (must be cleaned by guests after use!)
Pets: Up to 3 pets allowed (plus €15/night per pet)

Our own electric vehicle charging station is located right at the Reethüs am Schlossgut (near the sauna cabin, right next to the parking lot). It is an E-mobile charging station for cars, Type 2 connector.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed belonging to the apartment right next to the house. Various items are already stored here. If there is still enough space for your needs, you’re welcome to use it.
There is also a handcart here that you can use free of charge.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here! (Another location is at 23942 Barendorf, Strandkoppel 2, among others.)
Information about the bicycles [&] Handcart
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover the costs for any upcoming repairs or costs associated with renting replacement equipment if the items are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes bed linens and towels.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important Information for (Construction) Company Bookings

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens, towels for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
