Modern, non-smoking 2-room vacation apartment, approx. 45 sqm, on the 3rd floor, facing the sea with a beautiful ocean view, sleeps up to 4 people, with a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, furnished with balcony furniture and cushions).
From the entryway with a coat closet, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony), the bedroom, and the new shower room/toilet.
The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), a dining area, a flat-screen cable TV, a telephone, and a new, open kitchen.
The new kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment. The nearly new shower room/restroom has a sink and a towel warmer.
Pets are not allowed here. The building has an elevator, which is accessible via a half-floor walk and takes you quickly to all floors.

Starting September 14, 2026, renovation work will be carried out on the roof (installation of bitumen membranes) and the facade will be repainted. During this time, the building will be fully covered in scaffolding and equipped with a safety net.
The work is scheduled to be completed by mid-October 2026, though delays are possible. Should you be inconvenienced by the work during your stay, we will grant you a 20% discount on the daily rental rate with no red tape.
