Experience comfort and well-being in this spacious, allergy-friendly 2-room vacation apartment on the mezzanine level (approx. 55 sqm) —ideal for a relaxing stay. The apartment is on one level and features a well-designed, bright layout that leaves nothing to be desired. In the open-concept living area, you’ll find versatile fold-down wall beds, a cozy two-seater couch with two armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio, and an open Wi-Fi hotspot. A separate dining area and the west-facing balcony—which, with its comfortable furnishings, invites you to linger in the afternoon sun—perfectly round out the living area.
The bright bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an additional flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The open-concept kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster—ideal for preparing your favorite meals yourself. Two separate bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as an ionic hair dryer, provide additional comfort.
A special highlight: A garage is included, where one car (max. height 1.73 m, width 2.33 m, and length 4.80 m) can be parked free of charge. Larger vehicles can be parked in the public parking spaces. Please note that parking is not permitted on the slope in front of the garage.
The nearest beach access is only about 200 m away.
