Whether you're in town for a DE Turf tournament, or a family getaway. Minutes from DE Turf and designed with tournament families in mind, Suite A offers a comfortable, convenient place to gather, relax, and make lasting memories between games.
Enjoy 1,600 square feet of comfortable living space featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of room for your team or family to spread out after a long day on the fields. The layout is designed for connection, with inviting gathering spaces and practical amenities that make group travel easy.
Please note: All living areas are located on the second and third floors of the home. There are no ground-level living spaces, so guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.
Outdoor Space Made for Teams & Families
After the games, enjoy our large shared yard where kids can play, teammates can unwind, and families can gather together. Outdoor amenities include:
Picnic tables for team meals and family dinners
Outdoor griddle for easy cooking

Plenty of open space for outdoor fun
Occupancy & Parking
The home can accommodate up to 18 guests; however, we recommend a maximum of 10 guests for optimal comfort. If your group is larger, please message us before booking.
Parking is available for registered guests only in the driveway and parking deck. Additional vehicles may utilize the wide shoulder along the street where permitted.

Suite A is one of three guest suites located on a shared property. Your accommodations are completely private, but several outdoor amenities are shared among guests staying in the other suites.

To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we ask guests to be respectful and courteous when using these shared spaces.
Host Access: The host's private office is accessed through Suite A's mudroom. Access is limited solely to entry and exit for the office.
Safety & Property Monitoring: For the safety of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are located around the premises. These cameras are not used to monitor guests in an intrusive manner and are intended for general security and occupancy compliance.
The property also utilizes industry-standard monitoring devices recommended by Airbnb, including:

Our stay was wonderful! The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions or concerns. The location was perfect for attending the NASCAR race, which was the main reason for our trip. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including coffee, water, and fresh fruit for guests. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality!
