Completely renovated, 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 50 m²) on the 2nd floor of the building at Klaus-Groth-Straße 2—conveniently accessible via elevator with no steps. The bright, modernly furnished apartment offers everything up to two people need for a relaxing stay on Sylt; it’s centrally located and less than 400 m from the beach.
The spacious living area invites you to relax with a two-seater couch (with sleeper function), a cozy dining area, and a flat-screen cable TV. The balcony door opens onto the sunny west-facing balcony with patio furniture and cushions—ideal for afternoon coffee in the evening sun.
The new, light-filled kitchen with a window is fully equipped: induction stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m) with two high-quality single mattresses. The new, bright shower room features an extra-low-profile shower entrance, a sink, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
