From the entryway, which features a kitchenette and a coat closet, you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the balcony) and the new shower room/toilet.
The living/bedroom, featuring new designer flooring with a wood-grain finish, includes a cozy seating area (two armchairs with a footstool), a fixed double bed, a dining area, a flat-screen cable TV, and a radio/CD player.
The double bed, custom-made for the apartment (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m) is equipped with two high-quality cold-foam mattresses (Schlaraffia Sensipur Comfort) and premium slatted frames with height-adjustable head and foot sections.[nbsp][nbsp]
The new shower room/restroom features a sink, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
The new kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included in the standard equipment.
A parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space can be booked for €14.00 per day if needed (limited availability).
