About this house rental
Brand new 3,000 sq ft lake home built for comfort and gathering! This spacious 4BR/3BA retreat features an open-concept living room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a double oven, perfect for family meals and group getaways. Enjoy TVs in every bedroom and a fully stocked space that makes settling in easy. Located just minutes from Nichols Point, you can watch beautiful sunsets from the home or take a short walk down to the sandy shores. Plenty of room for everyone—come relax, recharge, and enjoy lake life!
***THERE IS A $120 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)
***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.
1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
2- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. Only use the provided pellets. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. Please contact the host for any assistance to operate the grill.
