Inside, you’ll find warm wood floors, a cozy fireplace, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. After a day of biking, hiking, or exploring the Ranch, relax in your private sauna or gather in the living area for a quiet evening in. You will find two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, and the other offers a bunk bed for the kiddos, as well as one full bathroom and a half bath. Upstairs is considered the primary bedroom, with a King size bed and full bath, as well as an outdoor deck to enjoy the forest views.
Step outside onto the large deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals prepared on the BBQ. Surrounded by towering pines and natural beauty, the deck offers a peaceful setting to enjoy Central Oregon’s fresh mountain air. This home also backs up to the Deschutes National Forest, so you get a sense of privacy in the back yard.

As of January 1st, 2026: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.
