From here, it’s an easy drive to Napier’s iconic Art Deco precinct, Marine Parade, coastal cycle and walking trails, and memorable day trips to Cape Kidnappers. Whether your plans involve wine tasting, cycling, sightseeing, or simply slowing down and relaxing, everything is right on your doorstep.
The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom and is family-friendly, with a cot available in the master bedroom (please note: guests are required to bring their own cot bedding). The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, makes it easy to enjoy relaxed mornings before heading out to explore.
At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, making it ideal not only for families, but also for working groups, colleagues travelling together, or friends catching up. There’s plenty of space to relax, share meals, or plan the next day’s adventures. Step outside onto the deck and enjoy your own private outdoor entertaining space, perfect for soaking up the Hawke’s Bay sunshine.
Year-round comfort is assured with heat pump / air conditioning as well as a wood fire for cosy evenings. The property is also fully fenced, adding peace of mind for families.

House Rules and Information -
Parking: 2 x off street parking + on street parking. There is no guest access to the garage.
*Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
