Originally built as the artist’s studio for the historic Elliott Barker House, this space blends classic Santa Fe character with modern comfort. With a private entrance, a spacious front yard, and everything needed for a relaxing stay, it is the perfect home base for exploring the city on foot.
Adjacent to the lovely Barker House Vacation Rental (Also managed by Two Casitas), consider this neighboring property for larger groups and extended stays.
LIVING AREA
This cozy and thoughtfully designed studio offers a comfortable open layout with a sitting area, Roku TV, and fast WiFi that makes it ideal for both vacation stays and remote work. A queen bed is separated from the main living space by wall-to-wall drapes, creating a peaceful sleeping area with added privacy and a soft, airy feel. A pull-out sofa bed is also available for an additional guest, making the studio suitable for up to three people.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen bar is equipped for simple meal preparation. Guests will find a mid-size refrigerator, coffee setup, and a microwave with electric oven functionality. Whether you are preparing breakfast before heading to the Plaza or enjoying a quiet evening in, the space provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
BED AND BATH
The sleeping area features a comfortable queen bed, while the pull-out sofa bed can accommodate an additional adult or child. Please note that the sofa bed may be best suited for a smaller guest.
