The Erik vacation rental is located on the right side of the first floor and, with 65 m² of space, offers plenty of room for a relaxing family getaway—ideal for up to 4 people and a crib. That’s exactly the feeling that awaits you at the Erik Vacation Rental in Sebnitz, the “City of Artificial Flowers.” Lovingly designed, cozily furnished, and perfect for families longing for relaxation, togetherness, and shared moments. Two separate bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep: a large double bed and two comfortable single beds. The bright living area invites you to snuggle up, play, and unwind. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can create your own little vacation rituals—from breakfast with fresh rolls to a relaxed dinner after an eventful day. And when quiet settles in the evening, you’ll feel: This is exactly what a vacation feels like.



Welcome to our charming vacation apartments, Erik and Emma, in Sebnitz—the gateway to Saxon Switzerland!Our lovingly maintained, historic house features two cozy 3-room vacation apartments, each accommodating up to 8 people. The Erik and Emma apartments combine the nostalgic charm of bygone days with the comfort of modern amenities—ideal for families, couples, or small groups. The accommodations are located in the idyllic “artificial flower town” of Sebnitz, just a few kilometers from the impressive rock formations of Saxon Switzerland. The region offers a wide range of activities for nature lovers, active travelers, and culture enthusiasts—from hiking trails and bike paths to excursions in the surrounding area. Both vacation apartments feature a living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom—plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. On-site fees: Everything is ready for our little guests: a high chair, travel crib, and safety rail are included, so parents can arrive completely relaxed. The vacation rental also features a washing machine, as well as an attic with a drying rack for your laundry. There’s also a basement storage room for safely storing strollers, bicycles, and similar items. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The one-time final cleaning fee is 50€



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
