About this house rental

Summary:

Picture eighteen of your favorite people scattered across ten peaceful acres — some

cannonballing into the pool, some sinking into the hot tub as the fire pit crackles, kids

racing to the playset while dinner comes together in a kitchen built for a crowd. Ten

minutes from the Ark Encounter, this seven-bedroom retreat is where the whole family

finally slows down together. The porch light's on. Bring everyone

The Space:

Step through the double doors into a great room with soaring vaulted ceilings,

exposed wood beams, and a stone fireplace that anchors the whole gathering. Every

sightline leads to another spot for the group to land — the sectional by the fire, or the

dining table set for a crowd.

The main floor holds three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a private

primary suite with its own en-suite bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware,

serving pieces, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker, so the person who always cooks for

everyone gets to enjoy the trip too.

Downstairs, the finished basement opens into a second living area built for rainy

afternoons and late-night hangouts: air hockey, foosball, and arcade games line one

wall, with a lounge area for the adults keeping score. Four more bedrooms and three

full bathrooms are tucked down here.

Outside is where this property earns its keep. The pool (heated on request, open

April–October) sits beneath a covered pergola beside the hot tub, so you can move

from a swim to a soak without missing a beat. As evening comes, the fire pit takes

over — s'mores, string lights, and conversation that only happens after dark. A

dedicated playset and wide-open grassy acreage give the youngest guests room to

Who This Home Is Best For

- Multi-generational families who want everyone under one roof but still want a door

to close at night — the main-floor primary suite and basement bedrooms naturally

separate grandparents from teenagers.

- Church groups and retreats needing a home base with room to gather, a game room

for downtime, and enough bathrooms that mornings don't turn into a line.

- Reunion planners coordinating a big group — with an adjacent sister property

available, two families can book side by side and still spread out.

- Pool-and-fire-pit families who measure a good vacation by how many s'mores got

made and how late the kids stayed up swimming.

- Weekend groups road-tripping to the Ark Encounter, Kentucky Speedway, or

Cincinnati who want a quiet, private landing spot after a full day out.

run themselves tired, and a covered porch keeps the fun going even when weather

turns.

Ten beds are spread across the seven bedrooms, with linens, extra pillows and

blankets, and room-darkening shades in every room. A washer and dryer are on-site,

and the whole home is wired with wifi and a dedicated workspace.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home for the length of their stay — every

bedroom, both living areas, the kitchen, and all outdoor space, including the pool, hot

tub, fire pit, and playset. Check-in is contactless via an electronic smart lock, with the

code sent ahead of arrival so late travel days are never a problem. After booking,

you'll receive a Guest Portal with check-in instructions, house rules, and everything

needed before you arrive.

Parking is available on-site for 4 to 8 vehicles, which comfortably covers most multifamily groups without anyone needing to park down the road. The gravel drive sits on

a quiet country road, so trailers, extra cars, or a second family's vehicles are rarely an

issue — just let us know ahead of time if your group is arriving with more than a few

cars so we can help you plan the layout.

The Neighborhood:

Tucked on a quiet road in Williamstown, Kentucky, this home sits in the rolling

countryside of Grant County — close enough to major attractions for a full day out, far

enough away that evenings stay genuinely quiet.

Getting Around:

- Ark Encounter — about 10 minutes away, the full-size Noah's Ark built to biblical

dimensions

- Lake Williamstown — minutes from the house, for an easy afternoon of boating or

fishing

- Grant County Park & Trail System — local hiking, biking, and rollerblading

- Kentucky Speedway (Sparta) — roughly 25 minutes, NASCAR race weekends

- Big Bone Lick State Park — about 30 minutes, hiking trails, bison herd, Ice Age

history

- Creation Museum (Petersburg) — around 25–30 minutes, exhibits, gardens, and a

zoo

- Newport Aquarium & Newport on the Levee — about 50 minutes, aquarium and

riverfront dining

- Downtown Cincinnati — roughly 45 minutes, skyline views, museums, and the

riverfront

- Kings Island — about 1 hour 10 minutes, the Midwest's largest amusement and water

park

Whether the plan is one big-ticket day trip or small local outings between pool days,

everything here is an easy round trip that leaves plenty of daylight back at the house
