This home features a large exterior backyard with gazebo shaded dining, griddle grill and a hot tub.
The new "Modern Cottage" is a recently renovated (2021) 3 bedroom 2 bath (2 kings, 1 queen) with 1 queen sleeper sofa and a premium full height custom pump adjustable blow up mattress. This features a private backyard (with a double swing gate that opens up to the corner house backyard). Perfect for privacy and outdoor entertainment. We have a flat top griddle grill and a hot tub and outdoor dining here as well.
- We offer $3,000 in Damage Protection Insurance for a $49 fee. Just message us to add this to your reservation! (for this reservation, we would need to charge $49 per house - which is $98)

We are in a neighborhood that is 2 blocks from the Blanco Square and 3 blocks from the Blanco State Park River. There is private access a few blocks further if you'd like to enjoy the river off a public access road.

Walk to Blanco square and Blanco State Park for the river!
