Our Gorgeous little 1950 Bungalow- in the Heart of Historic Downtown Franklin! We are located just half a mile from The Factory and 0.8 miles from downtown Franklin! Our walkable sidewalks and bike paths can take you there if you don't feel like driving and parking. We do have 2 bicycles available to ride, complimentary for our guests that stay at HH.
Our charming home just received an $85k Total Home Makeover- Inside and Out! We didn't spare a thing when updating our home. Smart locks, thermostat, fire alarms and security alarm. Brand New Windows, landscaping, paint, hardscape, exterior amenities and all in a very comfortable, cozy, mid-century modern kinda way!
Come relax inside this gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom gem, Just minutes from downtown Franklin’s charming shops, restaurants, and historic charm, this cozy home is also a short drive from Harlinsdale Farm, Cool Springs Galleria, local parks, supermarkets, and walking distance to the iconic Factory at Franklin. Features a luxurious king size bed with 4" memory foam topper, bamboo sheets, and down alternative bedding and memory foam pillows for an ultimate night of blissful rest and recharge.
#2. The Whimsical Bunkroom-
Offers 2 full-sized beds, perfect for littles or Big adult kids and extra guests. Also hosting the softest bamboo sheets, and lots of pillows to choose from for even our pickiest of sleepers!
Outside, the expansive front and back yards are your private oasis. In the front, take a swing under our nastalgic 75 year old tree, adding a playful touch to this idyllic retreat.
Through the back gate, take some time to relax & soak in the simple life... sit under the stars on our huge, locally sourced Tennessee river rock wall & firepit. Or sip a cocktail on our 20' covered patio, under market lights, grilling dinner with your loved ones. Or take some time for yourself and enjoy a good book while lounging on the patio sofa.

Wow — I didn’t think I could fall in love with a home more. Hickory House is even lovelier inside than it looks outside. The hosts left us with snacks, a sweet welcome note, and the coziest living room with blankets, a huge TV, and an electric fireplace that actually gives off heat.The master bedroom was perfect. High bed, SOFT pillows, and THE best sleep ever. Outlets on both sides, cute lamps, and a big TV made it extra comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with towels and toiletries, and the lighting was perfect for doing my makeup.The second bedroom had the coolest bunk bed with real stairs, chic décor, and a cozy vibe. The kitchen had everything… a Brita, spices, cookware, and a breakfast nook we loved using each morning.Even in the rain, the covered outdoor space was wonderful, and our toy poodle went wild running in the fenced yard. The location was unbeatable — next to a quiet gas station for quick snacks and super close to The Factory and downtown Franklin.Tiff and Bart were incredible hosts, quick to respond and so kind. Everything — from the decor to the comfort — was amazing. We can’t wait to return to Hickory House!!Thank you for a wonderful stay,Jeff and Isabella
