Step into this cozy and stylish one-bedroom apartment in Mosela, tucked away in the much-loved community of The Greens. From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, welcoming, and ready to host your stay.



The living room sets the tone with a rich brown leather three-seater sofa, paired with two dark-blue armchairs that offer plenty of extra seating. A soft carpet underfoot and modern ceiling lights bring a relaxed glow to the room. Settle in with a film on the 55-inch Smart HD TV, placed neatly on a modern wooden TV unit. A set of wooden coffee tables and a bold piece of wall art complete the look, giving the room a touch of everyday luxury.



Just beside the lounge is the dining area, centred around a wooden table that seats up to six. It’s a great spot for shared meals, quiet breakfasts, or simply planning your day in Dubai.



The semi-open kitchen sits just beyond, fully equipped with everything you need — dinnerware, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and more. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a full dinner, this kitchen is made to make life easy.



Head into the bedroom and you’ll find a king-sized bed dressed with premium linen and plush pillows for a peaceful night’s sleep. Public transport—including the nearby metro station—is easily reachable, and there are shops, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, and essential services within the community itself, allowing residents to handle day-to-day needs without much travel.

Inside the neighbourhood, The Greens is one of Dubai’s more pedestrian-friendly areas. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee: AED 100/hour.

Late Check-in Fee: A surcharge of AED 200 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.

Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1500.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.



Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
