About this cottage rental
CosyStone Cottage is 20mins south of Durham City, it's located in a small village and is very peaceful and secluded. Bought in 2024 as a complete shell it has undergone a fantastic refurbishment to high standard's than you can see in the photos.... It compromises of a large living room with multi-fuel fire with access to Freeview tv. Off the living room is fully equiped kitchen. The modern shower-room comes complete with towels and complimentary toiletries. Upstairs is the main bedroom has a double bed with views towards the NorthYorkshire dales. Downstairs has a large couch with conveniently converts into another bed, it is classed as a double, but I'd suggest to be prepared to cuddle up!!. Both bedrooms have TV's and wardrobe space. The property has Wifi throughout and gas central heating. Straight over the road from the Cottage is a quaint family pub which offers food on an evening and real ales.
