With a total capacity of 8 people, the upper floor and the main body of the villa are accessed by an external staircase. A glazed veranda, offering panoramic views from a comfortable living room, opens onto the main living room and dining room, a warm space, with exposed beams. The kitchen and laundry room, adjoining and bright, are both equipped with the usual amenities.
Taking the hallway from the living room, one discovers a family bathroom and three spacious bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
Air conditioning is provided in all three bedrooms.
On the first floor you will find an independent apartment with its private entrance, a pleasant space including a living room, a breakfast table, a small equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with Venetian shower. This studio is air-conditioned.
Outside, the pool is in the centre of an entertainment area offering space for dining and relaxing.
