As you step into the flat, you’re welcomed by a bright and spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and large Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.



The lounge flows naturally into the dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The space also opens onto a lovely south-facing balcony with a coffee table, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun (Nespresso machine included).



A few steps down the hallway, you’ll find the bedroom, quiet, spacious, and designed as a true retreat. It features a luxurious king-size bed with a premium mattress, hotel-quality linens, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
