Nice hotel close to the beach, great for families

The staff were very friendly. The family room was large and the beds were comfy. The pool is good for kids and the pond area had baby frogs which kept my kids entertained for ages.

My only complaint was that the air con in my room was broken when we checked in. Unfortunately we arrived late, so it was a bit of a hassle waiting for it to be fixed as my children needed to sleep, but once the technician arrived he fixed it quickly.

The resort is lovely but the rooms are a bit outdated and lack love. The Resort It is about 10km away from the main Khao lak strip, if you dont have car, a taxi to center and back is about 700 bhat.The ac was very loud.

Very relaxing stay and fun healthy activities!

Great location and quiet environment, short walk to beach areas and fun biking along uncrowded roadways (bikes at hotel). Superb hospitality, and friendly staff from arrival to departure. Sam was always very helpful and knowledgeable about local tours and attractions!

Very nice open air architecture with abundant nature and easy walking paths. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Hotel staff. Easy walking to the beach, plus bicycles available for touring along maintained roadways a bonus!

Only the pool meets the 4 star standard.

Food - hardly acceptable, rooms clumsy, smelly, plastic curtains in the bathroom you dont want to touch, AC needs maintenance, etc etc You can speak with 1-2 people from the staff in english if you find them first

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect — the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Yui and Tou for their warm hospitality and kindness. We truly felt at home and absolutely loved our time here. We’ll definitely come back — highly recommended. The big family 😊

The staff at this resort were so incredibly kind and friendly. They were thoughtful and generous with their resources. The beach was close by, but it was not packed with people. It was calm. Even though it rained while we were there, it was beautiful and I had a great time.

An absolute place for relaxing holidays

The friendly and lovely staff, relaxing location and the free bicycle the you can use to go around and to the beach to surf. You will definitely extend your stay here like us and we will be back again soon.

Not great, too quiet

Room was good except shower, no pressure. Kettle handle nearly melted.

Some staff, especially night staff, didn't want to know. We went to bar, which was quiet, but only because the music was switched off shortly after we arrived.(8.30 pm) Barman was too busy on his phone.

Amazing experience.

Excellent hotel with deluxe room and balcony. Amazing views and pool was superb. All staff very polite and attentive. Location was nice and quiet and a short taxi ride from main road. Great location for night market and Coconut beach. We even went bamboo rafting and ATV riding. We would definitely recommend for a peaceful and relaxing holiday stay.

People working in this hotel is extremely friendly and attentive most especially the guy who drive the shuttle to the beach which we though that he is a staff but he was the big boss of the hotel. Definitely will be back to this hotel again and again when have holidays.

A great stay in a very cosy hotel with great services

We had a great stay at Palm Galleria Hotel! The hotel is very charming, quiet and clean. We ate several times there (lunch and dinner), and the food was great! The staff is very welcoming and very attentive. They are always making sure you enjoy your stay! The swimming pool is just perfect for kids! Our four year old daughter had a lot of fun with the slide - even I did. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

The closest beach does not have any place close to eat or drink with shadow. To go to a beautiful beach with services (Coco beach or White Sand beach for example), you can take the hotel shuttle or a taxi. It takes about 10 minutes but it is really worth it!!! You are a bit far from the center of Khao Lak. You have to take a taxi to reach the center (300 bhatts). If you want to go out, be ready not to be able to make it by foot.

Excellent and enjoyable.

The staff here were amazing. From the amazing manager, Sam, throughout nothing was too much trouble. They made us very comfortable and welcome. In particular, they took great care of our four year old, who was on his first overseas trip. The pool area is terrific and while the hotel is not located on the beach, it is maybe a 20 minute walk from one and a short shuttle ride to another.

There was really nothing we were unhappy about. The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations.

Go there if you are looking for a silent treat

The Thai food served was good and the staff at the restaurant were talkative and friendly. The receptionist was very friendly.

There are many squirrels running on the roof, so if you get one of these rooms, you can't get any sleep. The beach nearby does not offer any services and we couldn't surf in December. The breakfast was very limited. We checked out after the first night even though we had booked a room for three nights.

A really quiet secluded location but not that far from anything

It was nicely set out out and the room was great. The pool very clean and a short walk to the beach. The staff were extremely accommodating and polite. I live in Phuket but i would come here again to relax. Very quiet and beautiful gardens.

Excellent place to stay in a calm area, nice host, and with a nice beach nearby

The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially Sam who helped us organizing tours, booked us a car to the port and gave us some very good tips about restaurent and things to visit. The resort is calm, with a huge swimming pool that the kids loved and a free shuttle to go to the beach nearby. Big and clean room. Very nice breakfast and restaurent. Overall an excellent stay!
